Sour Creme Raspberry Muffins Recipe ;)



Here it is! The Recipe :)



  • 200g of raspberries (I use frozen, you can of course use fresh too)
  • 120g of butter (melted and cooled)
  • 120g of sugar (whichever you prefer:))
  • 1 egg
  • 300g of sour cream
  • 3 not full teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda (makes them more fluffy)
  • pinch of salt
  • 250g flour 

If you want a ''healthier' 'version - use whole wheat flour, and instead of sugar, use agave syrup - 90 - 100 ml)

We need two bowls. In the first bowl - mix sugar and butter, then mix in an egg and sour cream. In another bowl - mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix (just enough to moisten all the ingredients).

Raspberries can be added in two ways - mixed in the dough (frozen), or you can first fill the  muffin tins or paper cases with
 dough and than spread the raspberries and gently push them in the dough (this makes them even more beautiful:))

Bake in preheated oven at  375
° F (190° C), on the medium grid, approx. 25 minutes:)

If you can, leave them to cool a little ;)))

You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar :)

Recept za mafine s kislo smetano in malinami ;)




  • 200g malin (jst dam zmrznjene, lahko seveda tudi sveže ) 
  • 120g masla (raztopimo ga) 
  • 120g sladkorja (jaz dam rjavega, vi lahko sladkate po želji :)) ) 
  • 1 jajce 
  • 300g kisle smetane 
  • 3 ne polne kavne žličke pecilnega praška 
  • en čist mal sode bikarbone (so pol še bol rahli ) 
  • ščepec soli 
  • 250g moke 

Če hočete ''bolj zdravo'' različico - polnozrnata moka, namesto sladkorja pa uporabite agavin sirup - 90 - 100 ml :)

Rabimo dve skledi. V eni najprej zmešamo sladkor in maslo, potem primešamo še jajce in kislo smetano. V drugi posodi zmešamo moko, pecilnega, sodo bikarbono in sol. Suhe sestavine dodamo k vlažnim in premešamo (ni treba fejst mešat, sam toliko, da se vse sestavine navlažijo).

Maline lahko dodamo na dva načina - jih kar vmešamo v testo (zmrznjene), ali pa najprej s testom napolnimo model za mafine, na testo razporedimo maline in jih narahlo potisnemo v testo (tak bojo ful lepi) :))

Pečemo jih v pečici segreti na 190°C, na srednji rešetki, cca. 25 minut :)
Če nam uspe, jih pustimo, da se vsaj malo ohladijo ;)))

Lahko jih potresete s sladkorjem v prahu :)

There'a a First Time for Everything :)

...and here is my first blog entry. Yeah, easy, I thought. But the more I tried to figure out what to write for my first time, the less I knew. I decided to keep it simple. This Blog is something I wanted to do for a long time, and I am just happy to finally be able to do it. So I'll start with something sweet from my kitchen :)
